Having similar probs myself with a M741LMR, Using the util provided with the drivers, it looks as though the card is set as 100 mb LAN. I do not think the cable modem can auto negotiate and so fails to recognise it.Presently working on the idea that the drivers are mis-labeled, am going to try each driver in turn to see if any of them work. May Quit mankysoft altogether and use Linux (if I can get the SIS620 VGA to work).
