First of all, a simple "The link on your blah blah page is no longer working, do you think you could help me out" would have sufficed. If not, then feel free to find help at any of the hundreds of other PC Chips free support web sites out there. Second, due to your lack of a real question, I must only assume that you are in need of a driver for the M571 (after trying to figure out what you were talking about and going through the entire drivers area, I came across the fact that the SVGA driver links for the M571 were not working).

If you would have bothered to look at your browser more closely, you would have seen that those links came directly from PC Chips and not Virtual Concepts. The obvious answer is that PC Chips recently revamped their entire website, making some info no longer available. Due to the fact that the video drivers for this board alone took up over 20MB of disk space, they were not originally provided on our website and were instead linked to PC Chips directly. You should have also noticed that a link to the main PC Chips website was also included on each page made available on the Virtual Concepts site. By simply following this, you could have also downloaded a compatible driver directly from them.

One other note would be that the copyright date on those pages were 1999 - meaning that the last time those pages were updated was probably well over ten months ago, at least. If someone would let me know that a link is bad, I could fix it - instead of making me have to guess what the problem is. As it states on the top of the Drivers Page, "We will try to
keep this list as updated as possible." This means if one of our customers (or Virtual Concepts) hasn't had a need for it, then it probably isn't up there, or hasn't been checked since the last time it was needed. If we have it, I will share it - just ask. These support pages were originally provided for our customers as an easy way to get updates as well as replace lost disks. If you are a Virtual Concepts Customer (which I have no record of a Sarah from Nebraska), then you could also just contact our Tech Support Staff via the regular means that was included with your system to receive a copy of your original files directly by email or CD.

As far as ugly goes, I'll assume you mean that the page layouts don't match (dark blue/gold and light blue/white). This is because we are currently changing the whole site layout as the new online shopping cart system and reseller system are integrated into the site and simply, all the pages have not been updated as of yet.

As for the web designers that "suck ass", that happens to be me, the same guy who builds the systems, troubleshoots problems, deals with customer support, deals with customer questions, answers this message board, finds needed drivers, and updates the web site. As you can see, it happens when there is time.

As for circles and less user friendly, the layout was this - Driver Page - M571 Drivers - M571 SVGA Drivers - doesn't seem to hard to me, but I'll take your advice.

As of tonight (or actually this morning), I revised the M571 section to be only two pages off of the main Drivers Area. One section for all of the drivers (and yes, I fixed the bad video driver links), and a second page which shows a picture of the motherboard.

The SVGA drivers are now working correctly and are on our server so feel free to download them.

If this response seems snappy, I apologize, but when you get so many responses and people aren't exact, it is really hard to help someone out and try to figure out what they are having a problem with. I know how frustating it can be to try and find something and when you go to that site, they have nothing that you went there for.
I try to keep this area updated, but I cannot check each and every outside link 24 hours a day. Thats when its a good idea to stick to the actual manufacturer's web site.

Thanks for being the one to speak up and point out the "missing links".

: all i need are drivers for my video card which came onboard and let me tell you what a freaking zoo your webpage is. i have never come upon a more ugly or less user-friendly page than yours. i'm trying to find drivers and your page just keeps bringing my around in circles to places with dead links. let me just tell you that your web designers suck ass
