That motherboard is the PC-Chips M560. The problem you are both having is due to a failed Real Time Clock (RTC) module. These motherboards didn't use a coin battery, but instead used a RTC which has a battery sealed inside of the chip casing.

Common manufacturer's of these RTC's are Dallas, Odin, and Houston Tech.

The cost to replace one of these modules will run roughly $20 - $50. I would attempt to find a used one on and old scrap motherboard - just be sure to match the numbers or use the equivalent replacement.

Another factor is if your current module is soldered or socketed. if its soldered, it's going to take some precise handy work to extrct the old one.
